Rental terms
Driver requirements: All drivers must have been licensed to drive for at least three years age over 25 at the time of rental. The following documents must be produced at the time of rental. (Any existing driving convictions or disqualifications should be notified to the rental office prior to booking to confirm eligibility)
- Valid Photocard driving license.
- Two proofs of current home address (Utility bill, Bank statement, Council Tax, Inland Revenue).
- The documents produced must be issued and dated within the last 3 months. One of which must be a Bank/Credit card statement dated within last 3 months.
- National insurance number or DVLA License check code. (We also accept electronic copies, screenshot of bank statements, utility bills)
The cardholder must be the same as the driver. The payment card used at the time of booking will be required at the time of pick up/hand over for verification/deposit. In case a different cardholder card has been used to make the payment the cardholder MUST be present at the time of pick up/hand over of the hired vehicle, with their payment card and one proof of current home address dated within the last three months. Deposit applies from £100 Additional driver £6 per day The hire vehicle has a standard excess from £950 (Depending on the group of vehicle) at the time of collection you will have the options to reduce this.
The collision damage waiver reduces the damage excess liability to the hired vehicle. Damage excess waiver is not insurance and is non refundable. The damage excess liability can vary depending on individual drivers experience (type of driving license etc) and group of vehicle hired by the rental office. Limited mileage applies to all 1-3 day hires. To confirm availability please contact the rental office via website form or phone. Any bookings made for same day ( or within same 24 hours) pick up will be provisional until confirmed by the rental office via phone or email.
